Chronic forms of cerebrovascular disease are becoming increasingly important in the architecture of cerebrovascular disease. Among them, circulatory encephalopathy (DE) has the largest proportion. The clinical manifestations of the disease are well studied, but at the same time issues such as structural changes detected in the brain, identification of clinical and instrumental similarities, and early definition of optimal strategies for treatment are becoming more urgent from a case medicine perspective.

We can diagnose DE using the Meta system with a generator frequency of 4.9 GHz and the Meta Hunter software.

The clinical manifestations of DE have a progressive process. Analysis of NLS-study results confirms that in the first stage of the disease, no characteristic changes in the brain develop, no overt neurological syndromes develop; subjective disturbances with mild neurosemiotics predominate. The second phase of DE allowed us to single out certain prevalent neurologic syndromes - incoordination, pyramidal and dystonia, manifested as single or multiple gliomas without a tendency to merge, which was responsible for a significant reduction in the professional and social adaptation of the patient. According to data obtained by NLS-research with REA, in the third stage of DE the number of chief complaints decreases significantly, but neurological disorders become more pronounced, they present in the form of very distinct and pronounced neurological syndromes, combined with pronounced structural changes in the brain.

The diagnosis of DE should be complex and include methods of neurovisualization, of which we believe one of the most informative and prospective is NLS imaging with REA. Detection and assessment of nested and diffuse NLS changes in brain tissue in the context of clinical and subclinical neurological and neuropsychological data allows for early diagnosis of progressive forms of DE and targeted aggressive treatment to prevent further brain damage.
